Hi Dr Lin I was referred by the pudendal nerve website to you. I suffer from chronic vulvoydnia with no relief for over 12 years. Its started from a yeast infection cream that i kept using over and over. I guess I damaged my pudenendal nerve. This problem is 24.7, itching burning throbbing, uncomfortable, etc. i was pain free for awhile then I got a pelvic flare due to a gynelogical procedure. Do you have any advice, i really think my problem is the vaginal nerves and it could also be the skin which is a mystery to all my doctors. Thanks

You have to improve your vaginal nervous immune and silence the HLA-B27 ( human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-(major histocompatibility complex, class I, B27), inflammatory cytokines and COX-2 genes.
