Case Study:  Why do you go limps during sex and then ejaculate without control? The sympathetic nervous Flight (going limp) and Fight (premature ejaculation) during sex

Hello,
I have a question for Dr. Lin, please. It is related to sexual function. I am inquiring about certain symptoms that can happen during sexual intercourse, basically the case of an otherwise healthy male not being able to hold an erection for very long time if the oral, or other means of physical stimulation to the glans penis stops for a while. For example, if a 35 year old male can hold an erection as long as there is stimulation to the sexual organs, but the erection wears out quickly after the stimulation is stopped, is this problem age- related, or is it a sign of sexual disfunction in the form of probable exhaustion and if it is exhaustion, then what would be the source of this exhaustion, i.e. insufficient testosterone, or would it be a disfunction of the brain, i.e. hypothalamus, pituitary, adrenal, etc, or other kind, i.e. stress, or constriction of blood vessels, etc. Also, for this case, there is no history of self- sexual abuse, neither drug, or medication use. There is mild use of weight lifting as a means of conditioning (30 minutes to 1 hour per week) and no supplements whatsoever are taken, also, sports like running, swimming, etc. I would appreciate if you could answer this question of mine as well as steer me towards possible threatment, or solutions as well as helpful medication + change of diet and how long it is typical that such symptoms may be reversed for full sexual ability.
Another question that arises after reading certain pages of your website, is regarding the Anal Breathing technique you describe. Is this done by constricting the anal sphinxter, or is it done with tensing the buttocks muscles? Because there is conflicting information in the way you describe the exercise. Dr. Lin: 8/8/2010> Going limp during sex:   The dopamine nervous stimulation on the pituitary gland to continue releasing oxytocin is essential to keeping and maximizing penile arterial dilation while dopamine is converted into norepinephrine in both hypothalamus and adrenal glands.  Oxytocin keeps the binding of norepinephrine on the sympathetic nervous adrenergic beta receptors of the penile arteries or at least avoids its binding on the adrenergic alpha receptors. Once the dopamine is dropping due to the hypothalamic and adrenal dopamine-norepinephrine conversion, followed by oxytocin, the pituitary gland starts releases another hormone called prolactin which turns norepinephrine into the sympathetic nervous adrenergic alpha receptors of the penile, urethral and prostate arteries for constriction and into the sympathetic nervous fire for induction of  prostaglandin E2 release, ready for ejaculation;  and then, you experience sympathetic nervous Fight or Flight, where Fight = Premature Ejaculation (Precum Flooding), and Flight = Going Limp.
You may be able to hold a weak erection for continue sex if your parasympathetic nervous endings of the penile arteries can still release sufficient nitric oxide to suppress the sympathetic nervous Fight.
If not, you will have a premature ejaculation too. That is, you get both sympathetic nervous Fight and Flight.

Anal Breathing:   Contract the buttocks muscles against your tailbone so that your anal muscles are pull up toward your tailbone.  If you put a finger in your the tip of your tailbone, you can feel the buttock contraction force squeezing the finger.
