I have a problem with my marriage. My husband lacks desire and has no libido. It has been slowly diminishing since he turned 40. He is 49 now. He no longer gets erect. When we do attempt to have sex, which is very infrequent, it is very difficult for him to keep an erection. He has been diagnosed with high blood pressure and he has mild sleep apnea. He feels his high blood pressure has something to do with his impotence.
I did have a lot of problems with childbirth, forceps, lots of stitches. I did go to a physiotherapist and had some pelvic floor exercise prescribed. I also had biofeedback to assess my pelvic floor muscles. I did notice my vagina was a lot looser, but it is better after exercises. My clitoris is very small and I have to work hard manually to achieve an orgasm. I would still like to see my vagina get tighter.
What do you suggest? I do not believe in celibate marriages. I do need help because I feel I need to have sex, but I'll seek it out elsewhere with a man who can have sex with me. I am 43 years old.
I did have access to illegal Viagra. It worked for the physical erection, but it does nothing for desire. I eat healthy and I do exercise moderately. I take Omega 3 6 and Borage oil for supplements.
Hope you can help
