Case Study: He is impotent, but she, hot and horny, doesn't believe in celibate marriage. how can they save marriage?

Reader: 8/13/2010>
I have a problem with my marriage. My husband lacks desire and has no libido. It has been slowly diminishing since he turned 40. He is 49 now. He no longer gets erect. When we do attempt to have sex, which is very infrequent, it is very difficult for him to keep an erection. He has been diagnosed with high blood pressure and he has mild sleep apnea. He feels his high blood pressure has something to do with his impotence.
I did have a lot of problems with childbirth, forceps, lots of stitches. I did go to a physiotherapist and had some pelvic floor exercise prescribed. I also had biofeedback to assess my pelvic floor muscles. I did notice my vagina was a lot looser, but it is better after exercises. My clitoris is very small and I have to work hard manually to achieve an orgasm. I would still like to see my vagina get tighter.
What do you suggest? I do not believe in celibate marriages. I do need help because I feel I need to have sex, but I'll seek it out elsewhere with a man who can have sex with me. I am 43 years old.
I did have access to illegal Viagra. It worked for the physical erection, but it does nothing for desire. I eat healthy and I do exercise moderately. I take Omega 3 6 and Borage oil for supplements.
Hope you can help
Hot and Horny

Dr. Lin: 8/13/2010> His problems are associated with sexual exhaustion as a result of so-called male menopause (andropause) which means his testosterone level is very low.
He doesn't have sufficient blood flow to reach his testicles for testosterone and DHT production.
High blood pressure may indicate excessive norepinephrine induced arterial constriction and hardening. This disable his arterial dilation  in his brain, testicles and penis.
His high-blood medication drug usually further constrict his testicular and penile arteries, and slow down the cardiovascular output.
A lack of blood flow to the testicles will result in natural castration;  a lack of blood flow to the penis (or vagina and clitoris)  will starve the somatic stem cells in the erectile tissues to die.
He has to restore his arterial dilation and flexibility with ViaPal-hGH-E(3-014) and ArgiNOx (1-018), plus FishOil(1000 mg each meal) and Vitamin D 2000 IU,  which can help him gradually rejuvenate his neuro-endocrine function and  boost his prostaglandin E-1/E-3 and Nitric Oxide production for healing, semen production and erectile function.

You have to pump more blood flow to your brain and vagina/clitoris too.
You will need ViaPal-hGH-N(3-017) , plus FishOil(1000 mg each meal) and Vitamin D 1000 IU,  to help you improve your sexual/orgasmic responses and vaginal tightness and sensitivity
