Case Study:  Semen for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)? Maybe, the ram seminal plasma testosterone concentration is high enough for natural TRT.

Reader: 8/16/2010>
Dear Dr. Lin,

Thank you for your earlier help.  I am now 47 years old and told that I have Kallmann's Syndrome.  The western protocol is 10mg of testosterone per day.  Am I able to receive that much from semen ingestion?  I prefer a natural approach if possible.

Thank you.  I hope your business is still doing well.

Dr. Lin: 8/16/2010> you may have to ingest couple gallons of semen!

Reader: 8/17/2010>

a couple gallons for 10mg?  (not 10 g)

obviously gallons is not practical, but I can obtain about 2-6ml each day.

The buffalo seminal plasma testosterone concentration is about 1 ng/ml.  You need about 1 liter semen to have 1 mg testosterone.

The stallion seminal plasma testosterone concentration is 23.10 pg/ml or 0.0231 ng/ml. You need 43 little stallion semen to have 1 mg, although the stallion ejaculation volume is about 70 ml (0.07 little).

The cock seminal plasma testosterone concentrations is 1.57  ng/ml. You will need about 0.6 little cock semen to have 1 mg.

The ram seminal plasma testosterone concentrations is 28.13  ng/ml (breeding seasonal from September to December/January) or 10.66 nd/ml (non-breeding season from February to August) . You will need about 0.035 0.093 little cock semen to have 1 mg.  So, this is the most concentrated semen you can have.  No wonder, we call the old sexy men the old horny goats!

The human seminal plasma testosterone concentration is 0.857- 1.328 ng/ml or 2.97 - 4.6 nmol/L(. You will need about 0.9 little human semen to have 1 mg.
