I've been sexually exhausted for 3-4 years now and I want some supplements to help me recover. Before I was exhausted, I used to do it 3 times a day, but once I knew I was exhausted, I only started doing it once a week, and as of right now I do it once every week and a half or so. I can tell that I'm in a better condition than before. Before, I was always exhausted, but never able to sleep a good night (would always wake up to pee or just couldn't sleep until late at night), but now I'm active. I can tell that I'm still exhausted due to the fact that I still lose hair and I can't last as long as I should be lasting. Plus, I don't think my penis is hard as the normal erect penis, as well. I've already taken advice of taking less red meat and no dairy while taking more nuts, seeds, and working out daily. I'm finally 18 and I'm wondering what supplements I can take to help recover because my recovery seems to be at a halt.
