However, this is a typical example of abusing the alpha-2 blocker Yohimbine HCL.
Boy, in this study, the researcher overloaded these poor men with 36 mg Yohimbine HCL per day orally to trigger the sympathetic Panic reactions - the Fight and Flight (Fight = premature ejaculation; Flight = erecticle withdrawal in lovemaking), instead of blocking the alpha receptors. No wonder that the researcher concluded Yohimbine HCL "was" (became) useless in treating erectile dysfunction. This is a joke! Luckily, no body got heart attack with that dosage.
