In fact, the heart, lungs and blood vessels contract in response to the adrenalin bursts, so does the brain if the orgasmic waves reach the brain. So, orgasm produces a highly periodic stress on the urethra and rectum/anus and their supporting muscles. Thus, women will experience stress incontinence in urinary or bowel movement control if their urethral or rectum/anal parasympathetic nerves are too weak to produce sufficient relaxation/elastic hormone Prostaglandin E-1 to modulate the orgasmic stress.
