On the effects of IUD, progesterone-based IUD and birth control pills/implant/shot on sexual orgasm.

Dear Dr. Lin,
I am a 38-year old female. I have been reading what you have written about birth control pills and depo-provera shots, and they match my experience exactly. I want to use an alternate form of birth control: Are there problems with an IUD? I have not found discussion of this option on your site. There are different types of IUD. The classic one contains no hormone while the new one contains a progesterone reservoir.
