Hi Dr.Lin

I just want to take the time to thank you for your site. I have learned more about the sexual side effects of SSRI antidepressants then any other site I have visited. I am a white male 40 years old. I was on SSRI antidepressant for 18 month. I have some of the side effect that you have mention. First I have penile shrinkage. The head of my penis shrinks into the shaft, which is very uncomfortable. Cannot sustaining an erection pass 3 o’clock and maintain it for more the 2-3 minutes. My sex drive is coming back. My sex drive was so low that I had no desire to have sex or to masturbate. My semen backed up so bad that I was urinating semen. I went to the doctor thinking that I had STD. He suggested to have sex or to masturbate more often at least twice a week. What do you consider over masturbating, and if I have sex that many times a week is that bad. When I do ejaculate it is, forceless, and less in quantity.
What I am asking what is the right product should I use to stop the penile shrinkage, to get a 1 o’clock erection again. (When my reaches for my penis, she always say’s what is wrong you use to come to bed hard.) It takes some time to get an erection. I am get getting my sex drive back. I just want a longer and harder penis.

Many people's love or marriage life are destroyed by SSRIs (Selective serotonin Re-uptaking Inhibitors) drugs in silence.
The drugs can be very addictive too.
