Case Study -  He said ' it solved the prostate tension/premature ejaculation/better confidence, you name it!' with Viapal-hGH-M and vacuum-cupping massage; on the shy bladder symptoms.
Reader1: 7/7/2002>
yes, hello dr. I'm closer to perfection, still somethings bugging me:

I have severe "shy bladder" symptoms (not being able to urinate in public)and it's still bugging me. I have done a low dose of VIAPALHGH-M for 4 months and vacuum-cupping the groin/perenium/butts/tailbone for a massive 6 months now.
It solved the prostate tension/premature ejaculation/better confidence, you name it! Still, how do I cope with the shy bladder thing?
Is is a matter of continuing with the VIAPALHGH-M (perhaps increase moodmax or 5htp?) or do I need to massage a _specific_ area of my body (some blockage?).

Dr. Lin: 7/8/2002>Let's consider the mechanism of voiding the bladder first.
For normal adults, the parasympathetic nervous function for the motor control of the urinary bladder is under voluntary regulation. That is, you should be able to void your bladder voluntarily if your parasympathetic nervous function fully returns to normal , without stress. The nerves providing such a function are from S1,S2, S3 and S4. The nerves from S2,S3 and S4 form the Pelvic Splanchnic Nerves (General Visceral Afferent/General Visceral Efferent), pass through the vesical plexus, and terminate on ganglia located in the smooth muscle of the bladder wall. Stimulation of the nerves or S2,S3 and S4 contracts the smooth muscles, opens the neck of the bladder into the urethra, and empties the bladder.
Note that the neck of the bladder is controlled by S1 and S2 branch nerves which form the Pudendal nerves (General Visceral Afferent/General Somatic Efferent) and terminate in the external sphincter muscle (striated) in the neck between the bladder and urethra. The sphincter may be closed voluntarily, but it relaxes by the reflex action as soon as you pee. If you feel you want to pee but you cannot, this indicates that your sphincter nerves refuse to coordinate with the bladder nerves which contract your bladder in an attempt to empty the bladder. If your urinary flow comes out very weakly,  it indicates that your sphincter nerves function properly, but your bladder's Pelvic Splanchnic nerves are too weak to cause your bladder to contract for expelling urine out. However, there may be an interference from a sympathetic nervous fiber (only General Visceral Efferent, one-way opened wiring) from L2, Via the Sympathetic Trunk, terminating at the smooth muscle of the bladder.  This  sympathetic nervous fiber can interfere with the parasympathetic nervous control in the bladder muscle.  During an exhaustion state of your body which causes the L2 nerves on fire, your bladder's Pelvic Splachnic nerves may have difficulties to expel your urine out. On the other hand, some men may have urine leaked out due to  excitation of the L2 nerves by the sex- or orgasm-induced stress  if their sphincter nerves are too weak to keep the urethral duct shut.  This also happens to women's urethral female ejaculation or stress urinary incontinence.

So, the nervous dysfunctions among them can cause your "shy bladder" symptoms. That is, you should continue taking ViaPal-hGH-M, with an extra tablet of MoodMax for the nervous dysfunction.

By the way, if you have a semi-erecting penis when you go peeing, it will be difficult for you to get the urine out of your bladder since your urethral duct in the prostate is naturally narrowed or sealed by the prostate parasympathetic nerves which dilates the penile and prostate's spongy tissues during erection. The natural mechanism of the prostate's parasympathetic nerves closes both the urethral and ejaculation duct during the erection, but allow the ejaculation duct  to be forced to open by the orgasmic contraction of the prostate and seminal vesicles for pumping the seminal jet out. If you have a seminal-erecting penis when you want to peeing, have a deep breathing and exert a force to your bladder by expanding  your lower abdomen for returning your penis to the flaccid state so that the parasympathetic nervous function can be re-set to the bladder voiding mechanism, instead of the erectile mechanism.  You should practice this ChiKong Breathing to coordinate your parasympathetic nervous functions in the pelvic area - for erection, voiding the bladder,  and bowel movement ( http://action.love/love/chikong.htm   and http://action.love/image/anal.jpg. )  If you can practice this ChiKong breathing to improve your "shy bladder" symptoms, you may not need ViaPal-hGH-M any more.
