I am a healthy 18 year who suffers from complete penile numbness. Chronic use of SSRIs drugs deactivates (damage!) the liver function, reduces the production of nervous transmitters acetylcholine, and results in blocking the nervous transmission in the interneuron synapses (interconnection switches) due to the flooding of excessive serotonin (due to the re-uptaking inhibitors). Blocking the acetylcholine production or its activity in the neuro-muscular endings, or flooding the interneuron synapses with serotonin will cause numbness.
