ACNE drug, erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation for no sexual orgasm

Dear DR.Lin,
Your website has given me much hope and feel I can trust your knowledge unlike others. My sex life is horrible and my self confidence in the bedroom is zero to the point where Im afraid to have sex because of embarressment and dissapointment. Obviously, you have some liver problems associated with the use of the ACNE drugs.
Besides the drugs, I think you have over-masturbation problems.
Since you have too much testosterone-DHT conversion that triggers outbreaking of ACNE, the you take the drug to block the liver enzyme 5-alpha reductase in order to knock down the DHT production. Any drugs interfering the liver function and dropping the DHT level to a critical point will cause weak erection or impotence, leading to sexual dysfunction and premature ejaculation.
