A high-speed Vibrator can induce premature menstruation due to excessive sexual orgasm

2 days after using a particular vibrator for the first time, I am experiencing bleeding. I have used this vibrator before, but just as a dildo, not on vibrating mode. It is rather large & this is the first time I have used it while vibrating at a high setting. I was in the ovulation stage of my cycle, so I don't think this could be menstrual blood. Why did the bleeding start 2 days after I used the vibrator? Is this normal? I may not have been lubricated enough & worry that I have done serious damage.
