Dear Dr. Lin,
I am 30 years old male and started masturbating when I was 10 years old. Since then I have been facing a lot of problems, which I describe below:-

weakness in the back of my head where my spinal cord starts
depression
weakness after erection and masturbation
feel much sleepy sometimes
too much urine sometimes
lack of concentration
over-sympathetic
when doing sex (very rarely) I can ejaculate on the woman only by masturbating on her for a long time

Please help me how to get rid of all these problems. I want to get married in the future and make children. I have been given pschychiatric medication for 12 years but this only solves my depression problem. I believe that my problems arise from over-masturbation.
