Perineum impact damage; causes of clitoral desensitization for no sexual orgasm

Hi, I have a real clitoral problem. I don't feel my clitoris at all when it is being touched or licked. I know exactly where it is, I have a normal sex life, get wet and horny as normal. But all my life I have not felt any differences between the clitoris and the area around it when being touched, rubbed or licked. Touching or lickind there gives me virtually no sexual feeling or pleasure much. This is not normal compared to my friends or woman. My mum has the same problem too, so could it be hereditory?

Generally, young women's clitoris should be very sensitive enough to orgasm unless there is a layer of scar tissues or nervous damage in the clitoris due to the clitoral abrasion by over-masturbation in the childhood or puberty.
