Dr. Lin,
I have had 2 instances of blood in my semen in the last 10 months. The 1st instance lasted for 3 months and the current instance has lasted about 1 month so far. I consulted a urologist both times, the first time they put me on 14 days of cipro and said that the condition is normal for my age. This time my urologist put me on 14 days cipro again. The problems are due to the abrasion of the prostate ejaculation duct when the the tissues are very frigid.
