When I got marrid five years ago our sex life was excellent, and she used to be on the pill. But when she had her period it was so painful, she could not sleep and I could even touch her. The menses would last for two weeks and then she would be fine. Then she started to have pain when ever we had sex, and when I was thrusting. Once we saw the doctor and he said she had ulcers. This was kind of cured. Then she started to have back problems.

Then she decided to go with the injection for birth control. Ever since she started this her period do not finish. She was only fine for the first 3 months but after that her menses start by being heavy and they decrease but do not stop. Now we cant have sex because she is in pain continously and bleeding continously.

The doctor suggested a hormonal balance injection. I am not sure if this will help.

Her symptoms are very similar to the peri-menopause women's hormonal-transition problems with a parasympathetic nervous disorder- irregular period, menstrual pains or cramps, and a large amount and a long duration of menstrual flow.
