Penile pains or other unknown Pains - the engineering causes and solutions

Dear Sirs,

I am a 35 year old married male and have been suffering from penile pain since May this year. The pain is in the tip of my penis mainly around the uterthral opening.
It is very sensitive to any stimulation and is slightly red and the sensitivity extends down the underside to the frenulem. The pain is more intense when touching fabric although it is not painful UNDER DIRECT PRESSURE when I press the end of my penis although i do feel like there is a small lump. My doctor says this is fibrous tissue and is normal. I have gone private with a urologist and have had ultrasound,cystoctopy examination ,treatment with Amitriptyline and Oxcytretracycline. I have also been referred to a pain specialist who has given me four corticosteriod injections into my genital area. Unfortumately the sypmtoms still remain. I have had good weeks where by the pain subsides and a sense of normality reurns however in time the pain returns. I found it hurts when I start to pass water at the first instance then it subsides, like a buring sensation and similarly after I ejaculate. The pain is also there when i get an erection although it is no worse. i also get stra!
gen sensations down the lenght of my penis and feel a tingling when i cough hard or go to the toilet.

I would appreciate any help you could offer as my consultants seem to be struggling.
