Case Title: Vaginal reduction surgery causes intensive intercourse
pains for no sexual orgasm.
Reader: 10/29/2002>
Hello, My problem is intense pain with intercourse. 5 years ago I had vaginal
surgery for too relaxed muscles, the OBGYN did too good a job in tightening
things up! He did NOT tell me I had to dilate the cervix to keep the scar tissue
stretched-My question is: Is it too late now to stretch it out or will I have too have it clipped or something? Thank you,
Dr. Lin: 10/30/2002> This is the side effects of the vaginal reduction surgery.
The intercourse pain is caused by a lack of the relaxation/elasticity hormone Prostaglandin E-1 in the vaginal tissues and nerves
under stretching or expansion during intercourse.
Our product Viapla-hGH-M work very well for this problem in the natural vagina, but I am not sure if it still works for a surgery-reduced vagina where there are scar tissues blocking the vaginal blood circulation associated with the synthesis of Prostglandin E-1.
The cutting of the vaginal spongy tissues and nerves generally disable the
erection of the vaginal spongy tissue which just become a piece of
non-stretchable wrapping paper for the penis. Due to a lack of the
relaxation/elasticity hormone Prostaglandin E-1 for the vaginal nerves, forcing
the inelastic nerves to stretch results in a shape pain as expected.
