Dear Dr Lin,
I have had prostate problems for over ten years. It seem to all start on this one particular day when I ejaculated quite a lot (more than 4). On that day the end of my penis became unbearably sensitive. It lasted a few weeks. Later I had symtoms of prostatitis including feeling like I have to pee and sensitivity at the end of the penis and sometimes an aching or burning in the perineum. I went to see a urologist who discovered I had some strictures in the urethra which were corrected by surgery. The symtoms now seem to come and go at a low level but anytime I ejaculate more than 2 times the symtoms all return such as feeling like I have to pee, aching/burning in perenium and sensitivity at the end of the penis.
