Hello Dr Lin!

Reading through the remedies to the many sexual problems on your site was highly interesting and encouraging. I have my own case to put before you. Please give it the urgent attention it requires, for I have been suffering for years and can’t afford to suffer more. My story runs thus:
I had begun masturbating at a very young age and continued to do so until I got married. I was married at the age of 23 and now I am 28. From a very early age I had begun to get frequent wet dreams, as many as every night and occasionally more than once a night. This obviously caused me much mental and psychological pain. Right now I have a few problems.
One is premature ejaculation. As soon as thrust three or four times, it all spills out. A major problem! However I tend to avoid genital intercourse altogether (for the above reason) and suffice on other means of sexual satisfaction such as cross masturbation and oral sex. But the problem remains.
Another problem (the main one) is continuous leakage of pre-cum. This problem has been with me for at least ten years now and its not going away. Whether I’m thinking of sex or not, whatever I’m doing throughout the day, it continues to leak throughout the day. Please tell me whether this is 1) harmful, and 2) regardless of whether it is harmful or not please prescribe some remedy for this problem, because I hate it.

3rd problem: visual images of nudity excite me more than real sex. Is that normal? If not what is the way out?
