Dr. Lin,

I am a 37 year old woman who has NEVER reached orgasm through penetration. I have always needed oral sex to climax and then it takes awhile (15-25 minutes). I talked to my OB/GYN at my last annual exam and he said everything checks out physcially, there's no reason why I am not climaxing. I don't have any illnesses except that for the past couple of years I have seemingly been plagued with yeast infections and/or bacterial vaginosis. It clears up then comes back.
