I experience rectal pain while sitting possibly prostate discomfort as well as pain between the rectum & scrotum during intercourse. I'm a healthy 36 yr. old male that is heteralsexual. During intercourse it feels like I'm rupturing the ejaculation duct towhere orgasms are very painful affecting the testicles & prostate. Besides abstinence from sex to heal is there something I can take to repair the vessels,build my semen,and regain my sexual desires? Have been to clinical doctors but never trust them. My PSA & Testorone are normal. What would you suggest as a treatment? Thanx!

This is due to the seminal blasting of the ejaculation duct or due to a drop of the tissue/nerve-relaxation and -elasticity hormone ProstaGlandin E-1 (PGE-1) in the tissues after you emptied your semen (the prostate secretion). Due to the fact that semen contains prostaglandin and the chemicals found in the cerebral and spinal fluids that support the brain and nervous functions and nervous transmission. Emptying the semen will deplete the neurochemicals and PGE-1 in your brain, spine, joints, tissues, nervous fibers, muscles and ligaments. The muscles, tissues, joints and nerves around the pelvic cavity (3rd brain) suffer first and most. The tissues, capillaries and nerves in the ejaculation duct become very fragile and easily to be ruptured by seminal blasting during ejaculation contraction, resulting in bloody ejaculation too.
