It may be too late for you to reverse it since the ovarian function drops very quickly in the first year of the tubaligation, unless the eggs are allowed to release from the ovaries. The blocking egg release usually force the pituitary to gradually drop the release of the ovarian-stimulating hormones LH and FSH. This will cut down the DHEA and androstenedione/testosterone level by 20-50%, due to the drop of the ovarian function. A drop of androstenedione in the uterus, cervix and vaginal tissues will cause vaginal dryness, intercourse pains, and vaginal abrasion, and desensitize the the clitoral and G-spot nerves. Note that dropping the ovarian-stimulating hormones LH and FSH won't cause hot flashes since the hypothalamus/pituitary won't get overheated. The hot flashes (in menopause and perimenopause) happen only when the hypothalamus/pituitary boosts the LH and FSH release in an attempt to revive ageing ovaries or non-existing ovaries (hysterectomy). A lower LH and FSH level causes no ho flashes even when the ovarian function is fully disabled.
Besides, you are entering the midlife peri-menopause state where the natural ageing of the ovaries will causes the vaginal dryness unless you have a very powerful adrenal function to produce sufficient DHEA and androstenedione for your sexual function such as libido, vaginal lubrication, vaginal tissue elasticity and flexibility, and nervous sensitivity for sexual and orgasmic responses.
