I started masterbating around age 14 or 15. During the period bewteen then and now I masterbated about one time a day at least, but recently i have reduced the habit to one time every two weeks or so. Problems I have experienced with this include reduced sexual pleasure, lower stomach pain, memory loss, fatigue and loss of vision in my right eye. I would very much appreciate some advice on how to reverse my problem. Is it possible to get my body back to the way it used to be, and if so, can I do it without using drugs?
