Case Title: The high blood pressure drug, ACE inhibitor, weakens his

Until about 2 years ago, everything was normal. I was put on prin?vil for mild hypertension. Shortly after my erection was shorter , and only half hard.
Also, it bend upward about 1 inch from the end and does not get firm.

This angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor decreases plasma angiotensin II which leads to decreased vasopressor activity and to decreased aldosterone secretion. It seems the action of the ACE
inhibitor on the adrenal cortex also decreases the secretion of androgens testosterone and DHEA and thus suppresses the hemodilation of the penile arteries in the 2nd second stage of the penile ballooning which requires a burning of testosterone into DHT.
