Case Title: Urethral female ejaculation and sex-stress induced urinary
incontinence during sexual orgasm
Reader: 4/03/2003>
I know that men cannot urinate and ejaculate simultaneously. Is the same true for women? Is it possible that a woman might urinate during penile-vaginal intercourse?
Dr. Lin: 4/03/2003>
Yes! The parasympathetic nerves S2-S4 are supposed to shut down the bladder-urethral outlet during sexual arousal and Penile/G-spot/clitoral erection. Therefore, lovemaking couples should
normally experience peeing difficulty when their sex organs are fully erecting or engorging/swelling.
Without an erection of the vaginal/urethral spongy tissues to protect the urethral nerve, excessive clitoral or/and G-spot stimulation can trigger sex-stress induced urinary incontinence, as s form of urethral female ejaculation.
If you have urethral female ejaculation, please check if it has ammonia (urine) stink after exposing it to air for 10-20 minutes. If yes, it was sex-stress induced urinary incontinence and your urethral nerve was overstimulated.
