What you have experienced with the foreskin restoration is what I am afraid of.
I have a lot of reservation on the foreskin restoration issue due to the danger involved. Blocking the blood circulation to the penis is un-wised.
If the foreskin restoration device blocks the penile blood circulation like that, I won't take any risks of using it.
Consider: if you cut off the circulation to your finger for a hour, the finger nerve and tissue will die and the finger will be gone forever.
