It is all started from abused drug (xtc and smoking cannabis). usually after sex, I go sleep right away. but after trying to sleep I always woke up with heart palpitations and anxious. It happened like three days every week after I quit taking drugs(last november). I also become much more sensitive very impatient person and get angry fast. It never happened before. in addition, I found that frequent masturbation is the one cause that feeling. If I don't mastubate than I fell better.
