Bloody ejaculation for no sexual orgasm!

Due to over masturbation I believe your info regarding breakage of prostate or urethal capillaries under orgasmic contractions-lack of hormone prostaglandin e-1 im my mind applies to me. My psa test and urine test were fine. I had a bloody ejaculation{lots of blood} without orgasam. My left abdomen is sore. Upon ejaculation I experienced short pain in my left abdomen. What productys do you have for my condition.I am 60 years old, have always had a strong sex drive, have been masturbating excessively for at least 35 years. If your urine contains blood or have a blood response, you have to ask your doctor trace it all the way up to your kidneys from your urethra with MRI.
Kidney cancers can cause a release of blood into urine.
