Case Title: Anti-depression drug causes his ejaculation pain for no sexual orgasm

My problem is I have been experiancing pain seconds before I ejaculate
in my left pelvic area. It almost feels as a shooting pain as I am ejaculating.
I am on a medication for severe axiety and depression called paaxil. I recently increased meds from 10mg to 20mg I know my sex drive has degreaced which I can deal with but not the pain. I thought it might be the medication? I was at the dr. recently and was checked for hernia he didn't feel any. He wants me to see a urologist but with my anxiety I am scared to death. Do you have any idea what this pain might be? I am desperate to learn something. I am also very overweight, I am not sure this makes a difference but thats all the info I have.
