I have had recurring off and on prosatitis and epididimytis problems for about the last ten years. In the past I have used saw palmetto with very good success. After not taking saw palmetto for awhile I decided to start taking it even when I'm not having problems for maintenance purposes. When I did this it actually brought on the pain this time which goes away when I stop taking it. I'm confused because it usually helps rather than hurts. I tried pygeum extract and it does the same thing. Will this subside over time if I keep on taking it.Also, I have heard the prostate is supposed to be the size of a walnut. Well, the walnuts that grow on a tree in my backyard are absolutely huge so exactly what is the size supposed to be.Also, do you think prostate massage is a good thing for prostate problems.I appreciate your time.

It is like a "cooked" walnut which is supposed not to grow.
The pain is due to a lack of ProstaGlandin E-1.
That means your prostate produces insufficient semen.
if you ejaculate, your ejaculation fluid becomes very watery and thin.
The prostate formula containing saw palmetto, pygem bark, ...., is insufficient.
Your prostate need more nutirtients than that.
