Nervous damage and blood circulation blockage by C-section for clitoral shrinkage, pelvic numbness and no more sexual orgasm

I am a happily married 35 year old female. I have given birth to 2 children; the first vaginally 8 years ago, the second by emergency c-section 5 years ago. My problem is that since the c-section, I feel "dead" below the waist and have very little sexual desire. My c-section scar, though very neatly done and almost invisible now, is still somewhat numb after 5 years.
