Thank you for offering to help people who are suffering from sexual illnesses (problems which the Medical profession seems willfully ignorant).

My problem: Have been masterbating since age 13. About 12 weeks ago, was vacuuming my penis (in attempts to enlarge it, something I had tried for a few times over the course of about 6 weeks). After ejaculating, something felt a little abnormal (slight discomfort). Within 12 hours, it felt like I had contracted a bladder infection. After a 5 day course of Coipro, the infection subsided in about 4 days and everything felt normal for the next 2 weeks (no sexual stimulus during this time). However, the next time I had an erection (which lasted for a few minutes, with no ejaculation), the same cycle reoccurred. However, this time the bladder infection was much more firmly rooted. This time the infection took about 8 weeks (on antibiotics) to subside with much lingering pain. During this time, I have been so sick that I cannot work. Over time, the pain is slowly subsiding (pain in bladder area, groin, and testicle areas). However, I have been very careful not to let myself become sexually excited. A day ago, hoping that the condition is healed, I let my penis become erect and found the same problem reoccurring (although, not as severe).

In observing my Urologist, I believe he is out of solutions if antibiotics fail to do the job. I have searched over the Internet and found much confusion on the subject, many opinions are conflicting. Your site was totally different than what I have typically seen. You were the first one to link materbation to the problem (since materbation can lead to all types of self abuses, this makes common sense). I suspect marriage is the best expression of the human sex drive, one were love of your spouse is first priority.

I have seen several doctors for this problem. Have had blood and urine tests, X-rays, CT scan, visual inspection of penis, testicles, and prostate performed, with "no problem found" as the result. Have never observed any blood in my urine or semen.
