The L- Arginine / L-Lysine combination does not work.
Arginine Pyroglutamate must be used if L-Lysine is used and Do not use L-Lysine with L-Arginine.

Arginine Pyroglutamate can be used with L-Ornithine.
Arginine Pyroglutamate attaches to a different receptor allowing for synergistic effect.
