Penile exercises cause erectile dysfunction and psychological diorder for no more erection and sexual orgasm

Dear Dr. Lin,
What can I say? It looks like I came to your site too late! I've been doing some exercises (Jelq, grip and stretch etc.) and all was going well for the first 2-3 weeks till 2 days ago. After doing a session on an already tired penis, I awoke the next morning noticing a lack of responsiveness down there. I've spent the last 48hours fretting and hardly sleeping...I came to work at 6 am just for something to take my mind off matters! The penis feels slightly painful at the moment, not too bad, just a back-ground pain like a slight tear in the shaft. I can, just, get an erection with hand stimulation, but it's rather weak and prone to go very quickly.
What would your advice be please? I am quite desperate and don't know whether I should leave all alone for a week or 2 and hope that there's some time to heal some of the damage, to force erections each day, go to my doctor now (not my 1st choice)? I don't know. I've just bought some L-arginine, ginseng and have a "virility pill". Should I go ahead with these? I am somewhat worried in that I get to see my girlfriend every 6 weeks or so, and am afraid to tell her that I can't do it any more.
Ooo dear, if only I'd known....nothing is worth this..I'll be very happy with my old penis should he come back, and not ask him to do anything out of the ordinary again.
