Case Title: Several pop sounds went off for penile damage or de-location
for no more erection and sexual orgasm.
Reader: 5/27/2003>
Okay,
so during sex with my girlfriend about 5-7 months ago, I heard several pops in my penis(the pops occured at different times during seperate sexual acts). There was a sharp pain for a second, but then it went away. I've had sex since then, but will occassionally just go limp. My penis has shrunk a few inches when erect, and I can't keep the erection as long or as hard as it once was able to be. I think I broke my penis, and maybe even broke the deep dosal vein, for I feel that the break might have occured at the base of the penis on the top. When erect it stands outward as opposed to upward as it did before. I am 19. What do I do? This is a very serious problem for me, and would like the most honest advice you can give. Is there a way to go about this without surgery? Cost? Please let me know as soon as you can, thanks.

Yes! It is a delocation of the penile shaft. You have damaged the tissues or muscles that hold your erection upward; One muscle group is the penile-suspension ligament and tissue from your pubis and the other is the penile
rooting near the bulbourethral glands as shown in the bottom of this link -

It also damages the penile nerves and blood vessels and thus affects your erection power and hardness. Your erection won't point upward any more as shown in the right two pictures in this link -
