I am the unfortunate victim of penile shrinking perhaps due to penis enlargement excercises such as jelqing. Will you please advise me if this condition is reversible. I am terribly scared. I stopped the exercises when I started having pain in the foreskin as I slid it back to expose my penile head. Please give me a positive prognosis.
