Hello Dr. Lin. I was diagnosed with Prostitus approx. 1 1/2 years ago. The only symptoms have been an occaisional bloody ejaculation with mild pain in the eurethra area. Since the last 1 1/2 months, with no treatments whatsoever, I have not had these symptoms, only for them to reappear immediatly following a period of aspirin intake (2 days) to treat a sinus condidtion. Does aspirin aggravate this condition? When asked how I can eliminate the bloody ejaculation, my urologist said that it is very difficult to do, and has prescribed specific antibiotics (Levofloxicine) which are mildly effective, yet the symptoms invariably seem to return. What can I do to "clean up" my semen? Also, my semen has, over the course of the past 3-4 years, become more of a clear fluid than a true semen, and I would like to correct this as well.
