The pot smokers likely suffer from either "premature ejaculation" or "erection withdrawal." The pot smokers with erection withdrawal are likely to have a low libido and to suffer from retarded ejaculation which require a prolonged, heavy stimulation on the urethra by hands in order to ejaculate a watery, thin fluid, like female ejaculation, without semen).
