I had a Vasectomy over a year ago. Should have read your forum before proceeding. Kicking myself for being so ignorant. Experiencing many of problems you have outlined on various posts regarding the effects of Vasectomy. Epididimytas, with severe pain and an abcess has formed. Had and ultra sound done and was told I am cancer free. Still having constant pain. Doctor says this is normal and I will be fine. Recommends I sit and soak in a hot tub every day and take antiinflammitory medicine. Will a reverse Vasectomy fix the problems you describe happening with the sperm cells shutting down due to a backup of semen pressure? Will it fix this problem?
Dr. Lin: 7/03/2003>Yes It is due to a backup of sperms (alive or dead) inside Epididmis and Efferent Ductules.
If your testicles are still producing some sperms but your body can not absorb them back fast enough to reduce the building up, you run into a deep trouble. Besides, when your body absorb sperms, your neuro-immune system will go wild and become disorder. Some men develop
antibiotics against sperms and at the same time the antibiotics triggers allergy.
If your testicles completely stop sperms, you will return to peace.
Drainng the sperms (dead or alive) will improve your condition and may resolve your problem.
I believe dead sperms can cause immune disorder and infection - the Epididimytas!
