Cause and Solution for Semi-seizure upon orgasm or ejaculation

I have a new lover who is slightly younger than I am. He was monogamous with the same woman for over 8 years (married for almost 5). Not a very active sex life during their relationship. Prior to that he appears to have been active and and to have an extremely healthy sex life. We have been together a total of three times (twice oral sex and once intercourse). All three times immediately following orgasm and ejaculation he experiences some physical symptoms that are alarming and frightening to him.(lightheaded, nausea, tingling slightly in extremities, at times difficulty catching breath). I find him to have great stamina and he can be brought to almost a point of orgasm and pull back to highten the sexual awareness. He stated in all his years he has never felt that way...his last comment was "maybe it was me". Do you have any idea what is going on here??? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. He has been under stress and is not of normal weight (appprox 10 lbs under). However as stated he appears to have great stamina...it's just post orgasm and ejaculation. Thank you for your assistance.
