ive just done some more vacuum cupping massage which is excellent...getting bruising all over the back, shoulders and buttocks.
1,What can the bruised areas mean?....im thinking signs of tight, stressed muscles?

2. What can be done to avoid mass bruising and blood congestion?....chiropractor, massage, relaxants, stretches?

3. can vacuum cupping be done over areas of moles?...as they seen to get inflammed....

The bruise spot will be turned dark red and pink in a few hours after being unpacked and sucked onto the skin surface or sub-surface. This will allow the subsurface blood circulation to disperse the aged blood in 3-7 days, that is the dark spot will disappear in 3-7 days. And your skin will return to its original, natural color.
One or more of the factors can cause blockage;
1. Mechanical compressing damage of the tissues or blood vessels /capillaries,
2. Mechanical restriction of the local blood flow - For example, sitting too long.
3. Muscular fatigue (due to high-frequency cycle stresses or strains) or excessive use of the same muscle without supplying sufficient oxygen, neuronutrients and hormone to the local tissues and nerves.
4. Excessive stress or strain that tear the tissues. nerves and blood vessels/capillaries., for example - body-builder's exercises.

If you know the causes, you can void blood congestion.
If blood congestion is formed, only vacuum-cupping massage can decongest it although pressure massage can help the shallow, skin-deep congestion. Some congestions occur between bones; and some are inch-deep. So, you have to rely on vacuum-cupping massage which can help you uncover the old damage and recover it in an 1-3 hour massage.
