I am a 28 year old white male. I am 6'2" tall and weight 280 lbs. I have been with the same girl for 5 years and over the past 2 years our love life has gone completely down hill. We used to have sex 3 to 4 times per day and these sessions would last for at least 30 mins. Back then I was only 240 lbs and excersing regularly, I also was drinking alot of alcohol and using cocaine recreationally. I have stopped the both of them and put on weight. I now ejaculate almost immediately during sex (vaginal) and when I masturbate. This is causing great grief. I still want to have sex as much as I can but in the back of my head I feel as though my girlfriend does not because it is not worth it because it is so quick. I can make her orgasm manually but I can no longer last long enough to do it with my penis. Also I feel as though my erections are not as hard.
