Case Title: Why she experiences female ejaculation, but no Sexual orgasm
Reader: 7/20/2003
During sex, and only during sex, I excreet ALOT of vaginal fluid. This fluid isn't smelly, or sticky, or white. It's clear, like vaginal lubrication. I do not experience orgasms when this fluid occurs. But it is making the sex that I do have very embarrassing due to the fact that it's simply not pleasurable anymore from all the wetness. What could this be from? and how do I stop it?!
Thanks
Dr. Lin: 7/20/2003>
It is called female ejaculation.
If you ejaculate before achieving orgasm, you won't experience orgasm at all.
You have to achieve orgasm and ejaculate at the same time.
The ejaculation fluid is a clear fluid released from the degenerated seminal vesicles called the Paraurethral or Skene's Glands which are a duct network system distributed inside the vaginal/urethral spongy tissues and between the uterus/cervix and bladder.
All the women have the glands, but most of them have a thin network.
The outlets can be inside the urethra or vagina. Vaginal ejaculation requires
orgasmic contraction, but urethral ejaculation requires no orgasm.
I don't think you can stop ejaculation, but you have orgasm with ejaculation.
You have to increase your G-spot sensitivity to trigger orgasm before your paraurethral glands and urethral nerves are over-squeezed or over-stimulated to trigger your ejaculation..
