When I was 19 I was raped by a guy and was stupid enough to marry him. He was my "first" and he made me believe it was "sex" for both of us. We got seperated after 4 years of this "sex". I met a guy who didn't want to have any children of his own, he didn't want to pass on his genes. So he touched me with his finger to cause me to have an orgasm. It was the first "real" orgasm I ever had, without being raped. we broke up 4 months later.
