Vaginal surgery for vaginal enlargement and looseness and no more sexual orgasm

Hello Dr. Lin,

My problem is that my partner complains of my vagina being loose and it is very hard for him to have an orgasm unless i am on top, it doesn't seem to be possible any other way due to this vainal laxity. I have had four children, the first two being over 8lbs and 17mths apart (if that has anything to do with it).. I had a vaginal repair two years ago of which things were better for about the first six months, now its back to how it was. My gyno said there is another surgery i could have using a mesh and having another vaginal repair however i don't think he really understands either as he said can't i just change my sexual positions of which i have and the only time my partner gets any satisfaction is with me on top. Actually, you vaginal lining becomes thinner and thinner after surgery.
This is because the surgery has damaged the sensory and parasympathetic nerves and the vaginal arteries responsible for hemodilation (erection) of the vaginal spongy tissues. Cutting off the erectile nervous function and the blood (neuro-chemicals and androgen hormone) supply and surgery damage will turn the inflatable vaginal spongy tissue into non-inflatable scar or collagen. The vaginal tightness relies on the erection or inflation of the vaginal spongy tissue which is like the erectile/inflatable, penile spongy tissue. When the vaginal spongy tissue is inflated by blood, the tissue expands from all the sides (the urethral/vaginal/g-spot spongy tissue erects more like a upside ridge as shown in http://action.love/image/engorge.jpg ). The main difference between the vaginal and penile tissue expansion is: the penile spongy tissue expand outward while the vaginal spongy tissue mainly expand inward toward the vaginal cavity, where the inward tissue expansion, like the inflated elbow cuff of a blood pressure device gripping your elbow, narrows down the love canal (vaginal air passage) to grip the penis during the vaginal penetration sex.
After surgery, the erectile function of you vaginal spongy tissue becomes very limited and may be damaged.
