Hi Dr. Lin,
I am ashamed to say I think I have damaged my penis through jelqing, stretching and other "natural penis enlargement" exercises. Although I don't think the damage is extremely severe, because I can still get erections easily, they are just not as powerful as they used to be, although sometimes I wake up with harder erections.
My erection angle has decreased, and my erections aren't extremely hard. What can I do to reverse the damage as much as possible? Ok, The penile enlargement exercises has damaged your penis for weak erection.
