Based on some of your past articles, I have been taking Grape Seed Extract to prevent further hair loss and it seems to be working good. I hav one question: do you think grape seed will lower my testosterone or DHT levels? I don't want to lose my sex drive just to keep my hair.

No, it won't lower your testosterone or DHT level. The action of grape seed extract (proanthocyanidins) is to to improve blood circulation, reduce edema and varicose veins, prevent the DHT binding on the hair rooting cells (hair follicles), protect cells from the attack of free radicals, and improve the tissue/nerves elasticity with GLA and polyphenols. In fact, most of the plant seeds or their oils will produce the similar actions. That is, why I have recommended people eat a lot of seeds or nuts (or Flax, Borage or Sesame seed oils) and Fisher Oil.
