Hello Dr Lin,

I have read some of the correspondences at your site and have found people talking about similar problems to what I have.
My testicles tend to contract to a point where they are very hard and painful. This happens with exposure to cold weather but also during ejaculation. Often when this happens the penis gets sore and "cold". I wear supportive underwear because of this, and am often uncomfortable without them on. I've had this for over seven years now, and sex has never really been enjoyable since.
